Service Description
Shred the slopes and not your meniscus this season by preparing your body with an activity specific exercise program that includes flexibility, strength, stability, agility, and endurance. Programs are customized following a fitness assessment and include home exercises and equipment recommendations. Whether you are recovering from an injury or wanting to prevent one, and regardless of fitness level and ski/board ability, programs can be customized to meet your needs. Training includes Aero Ski, Fitter First, Bosu, Rev Balance, 4D vibration platform equipment and more. $25 ea additional 15 min.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, kindly notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% service charge. Repeated cancellations or no shows will not be rescheduled.
