For the individual who prefers or requires one on one training. Sessions are personalized with initial and interim assessments, special accommodations, individual considerations, and customized exercise progressions.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, kindly notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% service charge. Repeated cancellations or no shows will not be rescheduled.
